Younis back in Pakistan

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has included their former captain and veteran batsman Younis Khan in the Pakistan squad when they announced the team for the first two ODIs against New Zealand which will start from December eight at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

 

Younis who was not included in the team in spite of his good performance in test matches and Younis warned the board even not to select him in test matches. Khan has scored 717 runs in his last five test matches. So he was given a chance in ODI also.

 

Apart from Younis, one of the experienced players in the team, right arm fast bowler Umar Gul has been included in the T20Is and ODIs after recovering from knee injuries.

 

New Zealand and Pakistan are set to play two matches T20 International and five match ODIs series in UAE. The two T20s will be played on December 4 and 5 while ODIs will start from December 8.
