Organisers Youth for Nation (YFN) and Great Himalayan Cricket Training Centre ‘A’ came out with slim margin victories to make it to the final of the Martyrs Memorial Twenty20 Cricket Tournament on Sunday.
In the first semi-final match at the Tundikhel grounds, Himalaya defeated Kathmandu Cricket Training Centre (KCTC) by 23 runs. On a back of explosive knocks from Prakash Bista and Jeevan Lamsal, Himalaya made a formidable 148-5 before they stopped KCTC at 125-6.
