Former Australian leg spinner Shane Warne will work as a specialist spin bowling coach for Australia for the upcoming T20 World Cup to be held in Bangladesh in March.
According to a statement released by Australian Cricket Board on Thursday they confirmed about Warne joining the Australian team.
The 44 years bowling legend will work with team’s head coach Darren Lehmann as consultant spin bowling coach till the World Cup.
Warne who is the top test wicket taker bowler for Australia is second in the list of top wicket taker in the world after Murali Muthaiyatharan of Sri Lanka.
Warne will join the Australian T20 squad in South Africa ahead of three matches’ series in early March.
