Wankhede Stadium of Mumbai is all set to organize Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s 200th and farewell test match from November 14 to 18.
Wankhede which is also the home ground of Tendulkar was given to host the farewell test during a meeting of BCCI’s Tour program and fixture committee at Mumbai on Tuesday.
Tendulkar who had announced his retirement a week ago asked BCCI to organize his 200th and farewell test at Mumbai his home ground against West-Indies.
The first test match between India and West-Indies will be held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 6 to 10.
Likewise the committee has decided to organize first ODI at Kochi on November 21, second ODI at Visakhapatnam on November 24 and third and final ODI will be played either at Baroda or Kanpur on November 27.
