Typhoon Khanun pushes the match to reserve day

Nepal’s second match of the sixth round of the ICC World Cricket League Championship (WCLC) against Hong Kong was pushed to reserve day for Monday due to typhoon Khanun.
A signal no 8 tropical storm is expected for Sunday that will see rain and strong wind up to 140mph that forced Hong Kong to call off Sunday’ssecond game.
Instead, the match will now be played on Monday’s reserve day. Tournament officials had directed Nepali team to stay back at the hotel, while postponing the game.
Nepal had lost the first match by 83 runs that made the path for the 2018 Cricket World Cup Qualifiers tough. They now not only need to win their remaining three matches but also hope Hong Kong and Kenya lose their respective final round games.
