Rahul and Rohit make comeback, all-rounder Pandaya makes test call

Opening batsman KL Rahul
along with middle order batsman Rohit Sharma has been included in Test squad
for India as Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) announced squad for Sri
Lanka tour starting from July 26 in Galle on Sunday.
This is the first tour of
India to Sri Lanka after playing three test match series in 2015.

Likewise all-rounder
Hardik Pandya who is having a great time in ODIs got a test call for the first
time. Pandya has 289 runs and 19 wickets in his name in 17 ODIs he has played.

Rahul who made six half
centuries in seven innings against Australia was out of cricket after
sustaining injury in March. He also missed Indian Premier League from his
franchise team Royal Challengers Banglore and recently held Champions Trophy
where India lost the final against their arch rival team Pakistan.

Sharma was not
included in the ongoing India tour of West Indies to give him a rest after
making a comeback in ODIs during ICC Champions Trophy. Sharma was out of Indian
test squad during England tour of India because of back injury. But he played
home matches against tourist New Zealand.
