Nepal won by 60 runs, defended 176 runs

Nepal showed a classic
bowling performance to win their third practice match of India tour against RP
Singh Academy wining the match by 60 runs after making 176 runs batting first
at Shaheed Vijay Pathik Spots Complex in Greater Noida, India on Sunday.

With three wickets
each from Pawan Sarraf and Shahab Alam Nepal restricted RP Singh Academy on 116
runs in 32.5 overs. Sarraf bowled 6.5 overs and conceded just 27 runs while
Alam conceded 30 runs in his 7 overs spell.

Apart from Alam and
Sarraf, Sandeep Lamichhane sent two batsmen to the pavilion while Rjian Dhakal
and Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi had a scalp.

Earlier Nepal U19 made
just 176 in losing their all wickets in 45.2 overs after electing to bat wining
the toss.

 Sandeep Sunar who has been in a great form in
this tour scored highest runs for his team making 46 runs in 63 balls with 8
fours. Sandeep played a sensible innings with 43 dot balls,10 singles and a
double.

Apart from Sandeep,
inform batsmen duo Dipendra Singh Airee and Pranit Thapa Magar made 39 and 33
respectively. Airee played 58 balls while Praneet played 45 balls.

Likewise opener
batsman Asif Sheikh contributed 14 runs and wicket keeper batsman Pakash KC
made 12 runs. Apart from them none of the batsmen could touch the double
figure.

Nepal’s innings was
destroyed by Harshit Sethi who took four wickets in his 10 over spell conceding
34 runs. Sanjeev Chaturdevi took two wickets while Sankalp Yadav, Sparsh Hoshi
and Deepanshu Yadav had a scalp.
