Nepal will take on Papua New Guinea on in their second round of the ICC World Cricket League Championship.
The International Cricket Council (ICC)announced the fixtures in a statement which has provided a conditional hosting right to Nepal.
The ICC said the venue is subjection to infrastructure/security assessment/approval. Nepal are currently revamping the Tribhuvan University and if it fails to win the race against the time, the matches could go otherwise.
Nepal had opened their WCL campaign with losses to Scotland that rounded up their disastrous ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers in Ireland.
Nepal lost the first match by three runs and were crushed by nine wickets in the second game. Nepal and Papua New Guinea are the only team left in the WCL to open their victory account.
Nepal are second from the bottom in the eight-team WCL which sends the top six teams into the 2018 ICC World Cup Qualifiers. Hong Kong, the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Namibia and Kenya are other teams in the WCL.
