The ICC World Twenty20 participating Nepali team will play warm-up matches against Ireland and the United Arab Emirates before the tournament begins from March 16.
Nepal, who will play against hosts Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong in Group A, will meet Ireland in Fatullah in a day-night warm-up match on March 12.
The match, though it’s a warm-up is going to be the first encounter between the two teams.
After a one-day rest, Nepal then meets the UAE for a day fixture at the same venue.
Nepal had also met UAE in a warm-up match ahead of the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers in the UAE.
Nepal qualified from the tournament for the World Twenty20 and they defeated the hosts UAE in the third place playoff match.
Nepal will begin their tournament campaign with a match against Hong Kong on March 16 and take on hosts Bangladesh in 18 and Afghanistan on March 20.
Nepal is making their maiden appearance in the World Twenty20 alongside Hong Kong and UAE.
