Nepal to chase 192 against UAE

Nepal will chase the target of 192 during the first match of ACC Premier League against UAE as they rooted UAE on just 191 runs in the match held at Selangor Turf Club, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


In the match Nepal won the toss and asked UAE to bat first. UAE were all out on 48.1 overs making just 191 runs in the board.


Mehebob Alam who returned to National team’s duty after two years picked up three wickets in eight overs conceding just 21 runs. Alam has returned to the team after his last appearance in the 2012 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers.


Likewise Som Pal Kami also took three wickets conceding 39 runs in 9.1 overs. Shakti Gauchan also booked two wickets in his name conceding 31 runs in his 10 overs while Sagar Pun had a scalped a wicket. Captain Paras Khadka and Basant Regmi remained wicket less.


For UAE wicket keeper batsman Swapnil Patil was the highest run scorer who made 76 runs from 95 balls with eight fours and two sixes before being run out.
