Nepali cricketers including skipper Gyanendra Malla have tested negative just three days after they contracted Corona Virus positive.
Gyanendra, vice-captain Dipendra Singh Airee and youngster Rohit Kumar Paudel had tested positive three days ago when CAN conducted tests of all the cricketers and staffs after calling up the players for a closed-camp training.
Staff Pradeep Lama had also tested positive. The closed camp for the national team began from Thursday. The three cricketers informed throught their official social media pages about testing negative.
They will, however, continue to remain in isolation for few more days. Soon after the three cricketers were tested positive, CAN had called up five more cricketers in the training camp which is conducted by Jagat Tamatta.
Nepal, who last played international cricket in March in Thailand, are gearing up to prepare for life after Corona Virus pandemic which has also gripped the nation with more than 200,000 cases.
Over 1300 people have already died. The country, however, is no more under restrictions.
