The national cricket team in Sri Lanka have left for Colombo from Dambulla on Saturday after their three-match Twenty20 International Series was called off due to heavy rain.

The Twenty20 International Series — first ever bilateral one for both teams — was schedule to be held in Dambulla from November 19 to 22 but after continuous rain spoilt the first three days, the three-match tie was called off.
Instead both teams will now play one 50-over game and one Twenty20 International in Colombo.
The 50-over match will be held at the Army grounds on Sunday and P Sara Stadium will host the Twenty20 International in Colombo.
