National team for England tour announced

The independent selection panel has announced 15-men
squad for
Nepal’s tour of England
on Monday.

Paras Khadka is the captain of the team which will tour England to play five practice matches ahead of Netherlands
tour including a match against Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord’s on July 19.

 

Wicket keeper batsman Subash Khakurel and opening
batsman Anil Mandal who was not included in the team during Nepal’s home match against Namibia on
April has made their way to the team. Fast bowler Bikram Sob has been included
in the senior team’s squad for the first time.

 

Naresh Budayair who went to open the inning in both
occasion during match against Namibia
has been left out including left arm spinner Sushan Bhari.

 

The independent selection committee lead by ICC representative
Venkatapathi Raju, head coach Jagat Tamatta and Captain Paras Khadka picked up
the squad.
