Most fours for Nepal in World Cricket League Championship

Nepal are taking on Hong Kong in their 11th and 12th matches of the WCLC and are under pressure to deliver in both the games to round up inside the top four and qualify for the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers.

Neither Paras Khadka, Captain of the team who is the leading run scorer for Nepal nor one of the most consistent batsmen of the tournament Sharad Vesawkar is the highest four scorers for Nepal in World Cricket League Championship. It is Gyanendra Malla who is at the top of the list.

Vice-captain of Nepali team, Gyanendra is at the top of the list with 29 fours. Gyanendra, who scored his first half century against Kenya at home has played ten innings for his 29 fours. 

Captain of Nepali national cricket team Paras Khadka who missed both home matches against Kenya is in 2nd position with 26 fours in eight innings.

Sharad Vesawkar, one of the most consistent players so far in WCLC is in third position with 21 fours in 10 matches followed by Anil Mandal by nine fours in six innings. Likewise U19 team’s captain Dipendra Singh Airee is in 5th position along with Sagar Pun with eight fours. Dipendra has played just two innings while Sagar has played seven innings for Nepal in WCLC.
