The 2014 World Cup Qualifiers preparing Nepali national team left for New Zealand from Sri Lanka on Thursday with a gruelling schedule of cricket awaiting them.

Nepal will play four practice matches in New Zealand beginning with a match against Canterbury Selection Side at Burnside Park on December 29.
They will play another match against the same side at the same venue on December 31 before going on a two-day rest for January 1 and 2.
The next two matches are also against the same side at St Andrew’s College on January 6 and Sydenham on January 7.
Nepal have three training days from January 3-5. After the four practice matches, Nepal will enter the tournament beginning from January 13 with official warm-up matches against Kenya and Namibia.
Nepal are pooled in Group ‘A’ of the Qualifiers alongside UAE, Canada, Hong Kong and Scotland and they will beging the tournament campaign with the match against UAE on January 13.
The Qualifiers will send two teams in the World Cup.
