New Zealand fast bowler Kyle Mills has been ruled out of the remaining series against Pakistan after suffering from groin strain.
Mills suffered from groin strain while bowling during net session ahead of the second One Day Internationals against to be held at Sharjah Cricket Ground on Sunday.
The 34 years old will fly back to New Zealand for his further appraisal for his injury. It is still unclear how long he will be out of the game because of groin strain.
Mills who is doubtful to play World Cup 2015 had already missed 2007 World Cup because of knee injury and 2011 World Cup because of quadriceps strain.
Fast bowlers Tim Southee and Trent Boult has also been rested for the remaining series against Pakistan which means Mills absence will affect the fast bowling department of New Zealand.
New Zealand Cricket Board is still to announce the replacement of Mills.
