With the help of Corey Anderson’s maiden century New Zealand take first innings lead by 137 runs at the close of third day of second and final test match against Bangladesh in Dhaka on Wednesday.
New Zealand reached 419 runs with the loss of eight wickets at the end of third day in the reply of Bangladesh 282 runs.
Anderson who is playing his second test match played 173 balls to make 116 runs before being caught by Sohag Gazi of Al-Amin Hossain.
Anderson smashed 13 fours and two sixes before being the first wicket of Hossain.
At the end of the day wicket keeper batsman BJ Watling is not out on 59 while number 10 batsman Ish Sodhi is not out on 55.
