ICC announce Elite panel umpires

International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced their Elite Panel of ICC Umpires for new season of s 2015/16 but surprising has omitted one of the famous and experienced umpire Billy Bowden.

 

ICC has added Chris Gaffaney of New Zealand and Sundaram Ravi India giving them promotion from International panel of ICC umpires to Elite panel. As Billy was omitted and Steve Davis announced his retirement Gaffaney and Ravi was added to make their panel of 12 umpires.

 

Aleem Dar of Pakistan is the most experienced umpire out of 12 Elite umpires.
