Australia near T20 white wash against England

Australia has won the second T20 International against England as Captain Geroge Bailey played a destructive inning by eight wickets with still 31 balls remaining in the match and leads the three match series 2-1 on Friday.


Chasing the target of 131 runs in the match held at Melbourne Cricket Ground Australia finished the game in 14.5 overs with losing their two wickets. Captain Bailey who played a destructive inning made 60 runs in 28 balls with 7 fours and 3 sixes.


Opener Cameron White who completed his half century made 58 runs off 45 balls with nine boundaries.


Earlier as man of the match Josh Hazlewood took four wickets conceding 30 runs in his four overs England made just 130 runs with the loss of nine wickets in their 20 overs.


Wicket keeper batsman Jos Buttler was the highest runs scorer for England who made 22 runs.


Now England and Australia will play the third and final T20 at Sydney on Sunday.
