As experienced batsman Cameroon White made 41 not out, Australia won the third and final T20 international match against South Africa by two wickets with just one ball remaining in the match and clinched three match series by 2-1.
Chasing the target of 146 runs in the match played at Sydney Cricket Ground, Australia, man of the match White was the highest run scorer for his team who made 41 runs playing 31 balls with four fours and a six. Likewise Aaron Finch also contributed 33 runs.
Earlier South Africa batted first losing the toss and was able to make 145 runs in 20 overs losing six wickets.
Though their opener pair of Quinton de Kock and Reeza Hendricks 75 runs in 8.3 overs but as the middle order fails to make runs South Africa could make just 145 runs. Hendricks was the highest run scorer for South Africa who made 49 from 48 balls. Wicket keeper batsman de Kock also made quick fire 48 runs from 27 balls with five fours and two sixes.
