Sandeep, who now has three wickets in three matches, was introduced in the last over of power play and conceded nine runs. His second over had gone well with just a single from first four deliveries before Matthew Cross smashed consecutive fours in last two balls.

He came back in the ninth over and drew an edge against Dinesh Chandimal but the decision went against him. Chandimal slammed him for six in the very next delivery and Sandeep finished the over, giving away nine runs off it.
