Nepal vs Oman Head-to-Head

Nepal will lock horns with Oman in their first match of the ACC Asia Cup Qualifier on Wednesday at the Bayuemas Oval.


The match will start at 7:45 AM Nepali time. UAE, Malaysia, Hongkong, Singapore are the other four countries participating in the Qualifiers a gateway to September 15-28 Asia Cup to be held in the United Arab Emirates. 

Only the champions of the Qualifier will make it to the Asia Cup scheduled for September 15-28 in the Asia Cup. The Qualifier from Malaysia will get the golden opportunity to clash against sub-continental powerhouse India and Pakistan. 

Each Associate team competing in the Qualifier will give their all to not let go this chance. Nepal would be looking to get their campaign off to a winning start with their Associate rivals.

Nepal have played Oman six times in One Day game with both team winning three matches each. Nepal, however, have not been able to defeat Nepal in 50-over cricket for the last five years with their last victory coming in the 2013 ICC World Cricket League Division 3 in Bermuda. 

The last time Nepal were up against Oman, they had gone on to lose the match by six wickets in the ICC World Cricket League Division Two in Namibia this year.
