Nepal to fine tune for Asia Cup in Bangladesh

Nepali U-19 team will fine tune their performance for the upcoming ACC U-19 Asia Cup with an eight-day tour of Bangladesh beginning from October 30

According to Nepal U-19 coach and former national team skipper Binod Das, Nepal will play three practice matches against the Bangladesh U-19 team and undergo practice session during the process.

All the matches are scheduled to be held at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protistha in Dhaka. According to Das, an overall schedule of the team is yet to be confirmed. 

Nepal are preparing for the ACC U-19 Asia Cup scheduled to be held in Malaysia from November 9-20. It is not clear either Nepal will directly fly to Malaysia or head back to Nepal after their preparation in Bangladesh. 

Nepal had qualified for the Asia Cup after finishing first in the ACC U-19 Eastern Region tournament which was also held in Malaysia. The Asia Cup features India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal and a winner from the Western Region.
