Most runs for Nepal in WCL Championship

As Nepal are set to play their fifth round matches of the ICC World Cricket League Championship against Kenya at home, cricketingnepal.com brings you leading run scorer for Nepal in the eight-team tournament so far.

Captain Paras Khadka tops the list with 352 runs having played eight innings in eight previous matches. He has got one century to his name so far which came against Namibia at home, while he also has three half centuries.

One of the most in-form batsmen in this tournament Sharad Vesawkar is second in the list with 294 runs. Sharad, who has three half centuries, is yet to make his century in List A matches for Nepal.

Vice-captain and opening batsman Gyanendra Malla is still struggling to make big score for Nepal and has made 186 runs in eight matches. Gyanendra has been getting good start but is yet to capitalize them.His biggest score so far is 39.
