India to tour Sri Lanka

India will tour Sri Lanka to play three tests, five ODIs and one-off T20I starting from July 26 at Galle according to a press release from the Sri Lanka Cricket Board.

This will be the first tour of India to Sri Lanka where they played just three test match series in 2015 which India won by 2-1. So this will also be the full tour of India where they will play all formats of the game.

Accord to the schedule released from Sri Lanka cricket board first test will be played on July 26 at Galle. The second test match will be played at SSC from August 3 followed by third and final test at Pallekele on August 12.

These two teams will play five ODIs starting from August 20 at Dambulla. Pallekele will host Second and third ODIs on 24th and 27th August while Khettarama will host fourth and fifth on August 31 and September followed by one-off T20 on Septembe 6 at the same venue.

India is currently on tour of West Indies where they clinched five match ODIs series by 3-1 while Sri Lanka is in the tour of Zimbabwe playing ODIs series
